XDL ANNUAL END OF YEAR SHOW
Every year Extreme Dance London provides students an opportunity to perform and present their talents and dedication at a one night only event at The Greenwood Theatre, in London's notorious West End.
Parents, friends, and other family members are invited to enjoy and watch their dancers perform on the big stage.

ARRIVAL & PICK-UP
The day of the show is an All-Day event for our dancers. We will be running a Technical and Dress Rehearsal before the show. Arrival times will be staggered, starting around 10am.
Dancers are required to stay on the premise until the end of the Show. Families can pick up their dancer in the theatre foyer after the Show.
SHOW VOLUNTEERS
Parent Volunteers have been a crucial part to our show's success. We are very grateful and fortunate to have amazing help. Parent Volunteers will have the priority to purchase Show Tickets a day before our General Ticket Sales.
CHAPERONES
Certified chaperones will be hired to look after your performer after Technical Rehearsal up until the end of the show. Only the official chaperones will be allowed in the dressing rooms and backstage area. This is a legal requirement.
SHOW TICKETS
Tickets can be purchased through a designated parent volunteer. Tickets are NOT available for purchase through the theatre box office. Please invite and treat your friends and family members to watch and give support to your dancer.
SHOW COSTUMES
We make every effort to keep the costs of each show costume around £40. Costumes will be measured and billed at the beginning of the Winter/Spring Term. Costumes cannot be distributed until full payment has been made. If a costume needs minor alterations, we recommend taking your garment to a local dry cleaners or tailor. Costumes are non-refundable.
MEDIA
Flash photography is prohibited during the show as it is distracting and hazardous to our dancers. The show will be professionally filmed and photographed on the day of the Show. DVD's can be pre-ordered on the day of the show. All photographs can be purchased online. Our XDL families will receive a password to access the media.
